Redmine 3 and SQL Server Workaround #33

This plugin did not work on Redmine 3.1.0 and SQL Server out of the box. I had to make some modifications to make it work, see attached patches.

Please make your plugin work with Redmine 3 and SQL Server so we can update your plugin without risk.

Workaround routes.rb.patch user_patch.rb.patch
