[Feature proposal] Don't send mail in double

Hi, If a user watch/is assigned to/has created an issue and someone mentioned him/her in a comment, that user will receive two mail :

• One from redmine core
• One from this plugin

Could be possible to check that and avoid sending the second mail ?
