I'm actually testing this issue on a

Redmine version 3.3.0.stable
Ruby version 2.2.3-p173 (2015-08-18) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 4.2.6

with redmine_timesheet_plugin 0.7.0 I cannot reproduce this issue, maybe you have no issue time logged and you won't see it.

I have spent time for every day. Maybe other plugins influence.

May I suggest you to try https://bitnami.com/stack/redmine/virtual-machine and install all plugins you need. Then I would test if it is plugins incompatibility. If not may be ruby would be responsible.
