Fixes #71 by @MiskoG

Description

Applies a [ NOT ] operator on criteria header titles when they're exclusive.
Removed the possibility to change "exclusive" property of criteria groups.
Added tooltip on "exclusive" switch of criteria.
Changed order of displayed components in the criteria group drawer.
