Update FHIR attribute usage #95

Problem

Some wrong attributes are displayed:

For all CodeableConcept attribute, the usage order to show is display > text > code. (example : Observation.code, Observation.BodySite in laboratory tab in the patient page)

Improvements

It could be cool to show patient weight and height in the patient general information table (see cohort360 ig to see how to implement it) @MiskoG ?
When we want to show document (DiagnosticReport) --> Try to fetch the pdf, if it doesn't work or if there is no path, show the string content of CohortDocument.documentreference-raw-text
