Description

The goal is to keep up-to-date with https://github.com/hapifhir/hapi-fhir-jpaserver-starter. I rebased on their main branch. Do you think I should do a merge instead in order to keep the history of our main branch ? It actually might be a better idea than rewriting our own commit history...
