Germany has made multiple attempts now to take the capital state but every war ends in white peace because the war score required is more than 100 (however when I tagswitch to Germany the war score in the CB menu shows it requires 100, not more)
Every 5 years on the day the truce expires Germany will immediately declare war again for the same state and quickly white peace. To be honest I do not really love the idea of Germany having to piecemeal take bits of Austria every 5 years being the alternative path to Greater Germany, especially when its the only one the AI is likely ever to accomplish, but it should at least work as intended until its reworked. As the mod is still on hiatus if somebody has a short-term file edit that may resolve this it would be appreciated, and would no doubt help other active HPM-based mods.
