[Rev 0 Demo] Choose a new UI Component Library #270

As discussed in https://github.com/palantir/blueprint/issues/5699, @blueprintjs/datetime does not support React 18 (only 17 and 16). I think it is a bad decision for us to downgrade for this component library. https://github.com/palantir/blueprint/blob/997e6ce85fe9ee69c22846f3e3ee27bdd16430d7/packages/datetime/package.json#L43-L46

We should pick a new component library.
