unrepairable broken anchor #17

I don't know why this anchor is broken. It should find the heading on this page.

One just has to read the documentation. No links for h1 headings and scopes is h1.

@jhnnsrs I believe scopes should be <h2> if you want to change it please go ahead in https://github.com/arkitektio/arkitektio.github.io/pull/16
