Ark Server Manager Server waiting for publication #1038

I have ports 27015 7777 and 7778 open for tcp and udp. I have the correct ip (though not static). I can see and play on the server in lan but nothing comes on arkservers.net. I get 1mb/s down and 100 ping. Any ideas or things to try?? Windows 10 x64 version 298.37 of ark.

If you are on a dynamic ip, you have to search arkservers.net for the game using your public ip address and port. Once arkservers see they server, it will show up. If your ip changes, you have to go through the same process.

If you have a arkservers login, try adding the server to there list?

The thing is it doesn't show up on steam servers either. I'll make an ark servers account now

Tried to claim it, I got the message : We could not query that server's online information. Both ports 27015 and 27016 were checked.

Then it is not getting through a firewall. Check that you have the router firewall forwarding game port and query ports to the box running the server.

Trying it on port 27016 now. ark server manager still says waiting for publication. I opened inbound rules for those ports in my firewall.

my computer firewall is open, the ports are open on my router

You have to port both game and query ports, ie 27015 and 7777

yeah 7778. 7777. 27015, 27016 are all open for tcp and udp

on server manager I have the server port set to 7777 and the query port set to 27016
