Server Online : No #1076

Today all servers are Server Online: No became. All logs are green. What is the problem?

The connection to Steam public seems to be lost. Is this a Steam issue?

Asia regions are currently unable to respond to Steam. So couldn't respond to Steam. I made a VPN to USWEST and landed unexpectedly.
