Items and structures are not restored #1131

I've created backup from my instance on the old server. The server has insufficient resources so I need to migrate to the new one. When I restored backup on a new server and I logged to my character was in the same location with the same level but items and structures were not transferred.

Did you have mods installed on the previous server, and did you re-install those mods on the new server?

No, I'm not using any mods.

I've tried to reproduce this in my environment, no dice. All structures got restored. Do you still have access to the old ShooterGame/Saved/ directory?

Hello,

This happened to one of my servers long time ago. When the server shuts down inproperly it creates a map corruption. All will be restored, like profiles and users and tribes, but the map will be in an invalid state, on wich a new boot will overwrite the map, I have found a workaround to use an older save from 1 day before the crash, it saved alot, but there was a 24h rollback on the map and structures and dino's.

PS : It is my 3 year plus experience in Ark servers whatl ets me believe the map has to had been corrupt on backup and for this cannot be booted or restored properly.

I have also tested to do backup using the commands, then restoring the session on my test server, no issues found here on any map or mod used, so it still works fine.
