Does somebody know, how g-portal is able to start servers for stadia?

I start the server with the -crossplay option, but the server doesn't show up in stadia. So I rent one on g-portal, and it shows up. The first difference I see, is the port ends with two 00. So the g-portal has 29800, mine started with arkmanager is 7778. Could that be the missing point?
