All maps backup #988

As I understand currently backup is performed just for an active map. May be it would be a nice feature to allow to make a backup of all server maps (not just currently selected one).

We would need to enumerate all *.ark files in the directory and exclude *_??.??.????_??.??.??.ark

Edit: added in 0569224 - please test by either trialling the updated arkmanager, or setting arkstUnstable=1 and upgrading (setting arkstUnstable will instruct arkmanager to download the latest commit rather than the latest release).
