More configuration in the webapp #65

The sample web application should allow configuration of the queue timeout,
execution timeout and max requests per process parameters.

The attached patch adds support for these to the current SVN head.

The CLI version should really allow the configuration of these options via 
command
line options as well.  If you're happy with this patch, I'll go ahead and do 
that as
well.

See request 67 - I have added a patch to add support for changing the execution
timeout via a command line switch there.

Thanks liam, I was reluctantly about to start coding those changes for the 
webapp myself. You saved me some trouble :-)

It's called 'sample' webapp because it's intended to be just an example - users 
are free to extend it.

Sure :)  I'm not intending to complain, but I had extended it and wanted to 
make those extensions available to others as well.
