Broken Dependency with arktools/arkscicos -- missing tag? #2

The arkscicos build is trying to pull tag 1.100.0 of this repo, and is failing. The last modification of arkscicos was early December, and it has successfully built since then. Have jsbsim tags been deleted since then?

After the rebase to the upstream jsbsim this tag was deleted.
