[x] Export English text of standard written explorer notes
[x] Export English and translated (these were done by external Wildcard contractors) subtitles & voice line paths for HLN-A notes.

There's a yet another way Wildcard can specify subtitles with for localized notes. Combined with the pain that retrieving even English text is, I no longer think it is worth to re-add this export stage
