djgpp, allegro are the main libs I will do a SDK soon we are just working on a few things.

There is a windows version of djgpp, c/c++ compiler. I have tried it to use on my side, and it worked. It seems to be developed basically for DOS. It took hours for me to build and run the entire project, but I think this is really great framework. I can help you to use this on your side. Cheers
