Use the new status-xxx-style syntax #24

Replace the deprecated status-xxx-fb/bg/attr syntax with the new style syntax. Deprecated since 1.9 and kept for legacy reasons but seems to pose some problems. As tmux-gitbar supports tmux from 1.9 so no reason to keep it. See #23
