Error: Error: No scanning utility found #1

I'm trying to run this on a Raspberry Pi 3B+, and get "Error: Error: No scanning utility found". Is there some extra dependence needed? I have it in Node-Red as an add-on to Home Assistant (hass.io). I installed using the Palette Manager in Node Red, which I assumed would automatically install dependencies such as node-wifiscanner
