SMP QA shouldn't notify the responder #67

After answering the SMP QA for @tnull, I got a system message that I verified my contact. That shouldn't happen.

Note that all the states are correct, it's just an extra system message.

Hmm, I seem to recall conceding that pidgin-otr does the same thing and that it only happens when you've already verified the other way, so likely fine.
