Change https://gitlab.com/Linaro/WindowsPerf/windowsperf/-/merge_requests/589 adds new feature for --timeout and -i command line option.

Note: This ticket is for -i widget only (both sampling and counting).

DOD:

If applicable allow users to use below time units.
We want users to be able to OPTIONALLY specify time in different units of time:
- ms for milliseconds.
- s for seconds.
- m for minutes.
- h for hours.
- d for days.

Note: However, sleep 2h30m not allowed!
