[Bug]: apt mark doesn't work correctly #148

What happened?

It seems function for setting apt-mark is broken.

How to reproduce?

Freeze unfreeze kernel ugprades.

On which host OS are you running the build script and observing this problem?

Ubuntu 24.04 Noble
