And fixing the "Adding a module" documentation...

It still will require a full fledged guide at some point, though.

Also added the possibility to specify the execution mode using --mode=. Example : 

configurator --mode=cli docker

Also fixed the docker module, since the installation directory hierarchy changed a bit.
