station-m3: add cooling-maps pwm-fan support. #148

station-m3/rk3588s-roc-pc:

  1. Add cooling-maps pwm-fan support.
  2. Change the kernel device tree name to match here.
  3. After testing, all the functionalities of this devicetree can be used (HDMI, WiFi, BT, GbE, USB...).
