feature request: live changing of DCS/CTCS in the menu #143

Sometimes we want to "brute force" or preview a code when we aren't sure if we remembered it correctly. There is CTCSS/DCS search, but that does not set the TX code, plus there is currently a bug where it resets the TX CTCS/DCS codes when search is used. If this is implemented well I think it should not use much additional space.

lol whups, this was actually there until it was removed by egzumer https://github.com/egzumer/uv-k5-firmware-custom/commit/c5e34c4be9b84b7f14ef73a33443a833623da1a4

Ideally the exit problem should be fixed instead of removing the whole feature :|
