Issue at runtime with Data Container #1

As described in group chat issue is plainly how it's parsing the CSV files. This simple part not working also stopped me from testing the bootstrap/ finishing other components.

As a side note I tried to adhere to the documents as much as possible so if there are any changes just let me know.

As mentioned before this is still an issue, but I've made some headway. The implementation is still very messy, but I'll push what I have so far.
