Unable to authenticate; Unable to Connect #261

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type @hotmail.com
2. Click Log On
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Logon to the messenger. But I am getting an "Unable to Authenticate,Unable 
to Connect" error. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.2, 1.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Is there any way to fix the problem?

I have the same issue. Same environment as well.  I don't know if is a conflict 
with another app because it 
works me once, and know I have installed more apps and it isn't working anymore
