Sending Umlauts doesn't work #272

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Apollo IM
2. Open chat window
3. Send text message containing Umlauts

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Apollo shows Umlauts correctly. Receiver sees Umlauts scrambled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Apollo IM 1.0.2 on iPhonw FW 1.1.3.

Please provide any additional information below.
Probably a codepage issue
