plugins not being getting transfered #273

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i was copying the folder through winscp it copies everything except 
plugins folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should completly............its not getting copied and the error is : 
General failure (server should provide error description).
Error code: 4
Error message from server: Failure
Request code: 6

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.02

Please provide any additional information below.
i get this error
General failure (server should provide error description).

Error message from server: Failure
Request code: 6
 or the terminal have abnormal problem
