What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.2 on iPod Touch v 1.1.4

I found it, just download this file 
http://rapidshare.com/files/93828137/hosts.html and copy/paste its content 
to the file /etc/hosts using notepad.
transfer the file using cute ftp pro.
don't forget to back up the original hosts file somewhere before replacing it.
