Fix tests #38

Make sure all tests have $fatal and $display w/ !ERROR!

See: fe7b20641c09ddd3a74a93287834e18fb44dc07f Fixed tests using Icarus Verilog. Verilator tests are skipped by now, because modules that need to be tested, need to be re-done.
