I setup Python virtual environment via Anaconda 3, and it works for me.

Win64
Python 3.10
Install cx_Freeze 6.10 by pip
eudplib 0.69.1 (cannot install under Python 3.10?)
Build by run mkdist.py

There's some problems happened to me:

Under Python 3.10, There's something wrong with Win64-Win32? idk...
requirements.txt guide me to install cx_Freeze by Manually, but it doesn't needs actually.
