fix(docs): update Script to account for new Operator Version to support newer K8s #142

Looks like the Operator Script should be updated to account for the new version of operator for new k8s.
@dogonthehorizon , FYI. Customer advised us about it, but I unfortunately do not have the bandwidth to make the changes and check them for Airgapped env.
