Can those who bought the iPad or Android version of ArmorPaint download the pre-compiled PC version as well? #1652

Is there a way for those who purchased the iPad or Android version of ArmorPaint to download the pre-compiled PC build? I bought it for iPad but can't use it (for various reasons) and I'd like to get the PC version instead. Thanks!
