ArmorPaint version: latest 0.1 release, compiled from source with dx11
OS/device including version: Windows 10, american english set as default language with russian formats.
Issue description:
I tried fixing the issue by making windows use UTF-8 globaly on system, but that didn't changed the UI, by default it was broken too, even if my systems language is set to EN, so I expected it to set it automatically to that.
Steps to reproduce:
Compile ArmorPaint.exe and drop exe to krom directory. After launching UI looks like it has problems with encodings, but a few buttons aren't translated:
