Armorlab Failed build in on Windows 10: missing/different files from "make", and multiple errors & missing files building in VS. #1735

Armortools Version: 29d0fe99ebbd3f4e18404194583763e30f3e03ea

OS / GPU model: Win10 22h2 / AMD RX6900XT

Issue description: Git clone *armortools - successful, no errors git clone onnx to Armorlab folder- successful, no errors Make command appears to complete correctly, however the .sln file created is just named Armory.sln. When Building it in Visual Code 17.10.4 I get 102 Errors, and 34 Warnings.

Then Hit Start to Build.
