Issue description:
Any fbx from Blender 4.2 results in major artifacts on the mesh. I've tried my own meshes and just the default cube, unwrapped and not unwrapped, triangulated and not triangulated, etc...
Normals in blender are fine, and importing an obj also works as expected.

I am able to open the sample fbx fine.
An fbx imported from Blender 3.1 work fine.
Steps to reproduce:
