Add .tool-versions file for asdf #67

Specify Node.js version for developers using asdf.

Hi, I think it would be more suitable at https://github.com/Kode/Kha or https://github.com/Kode/khamake, since that is what dictates the node version. Otherwise if khamake raises required node version this file will get easily outdated.
