Manipulate Exercise Sets

One issue to address these needed features:

• create exercises
• delete exercises
• delete sets
• modify sets

You can now create new exercises, done with a helper class when a set is the first in an exercise.

• you can now delete sets from the tracker page, and the order will be updated. See merge here: 9af5ec19741751361e092937f973ed32ce6a4050

sets can now be updated using the number picker. They can also be selected, and deleted or updated from the tracker page.
