Various Updates!

Various changes have been applied as such:

• README: Completely rewrote the README from scratch, providing clear, concise instructions with no fuss and no hassle.
• Dockerfile: Added wildcard and made sure Dockerfile doesn't have to be updated every time a new version is released.
• Configurator: Made things easier to read and more intuitive.
• application.properties: Changed the hardcoded IP to a more "general" one.
• pom.xml: Added a friendly description.
