Discovery stopped working with Bridge #77

So I've had this working for months but for some reason my Harmony Hub was not working so I decided to re-do it and removed and removed all devices. I have the java hub and bridge configured and tested on/off through event ghost and everthing works.

But when I run discovery my Amazon Echo won't discover it. I even unplugged my physical Hue Bridge and it still won't discover.

Is there anything else I can check? It's running on port 8081 in the same wifi network.

I am also experiencing this. I cannot discover the bridge, despite removing all devices and reconfiguring.
