Could anyone share dataset? I fail to register and download the dataset. Thanks. #11

我劝你放弃吧 我也找了好久没找到 我用了brats18和15的数据集 稍微调整下代码就可以跑了

请问你是怎么把源代码的.nii改成brats里的.nii.gz格式的，我直接把.nii改成.nii.gz，一直说找不到文件，文件名显示的也是subject-1-T1.nii，希望得到您的回答，谢谢
