Theme License? #221

Hi,

Firstly thanks for this theme!

I know that this theme is listed as free on it's home page, but is there a license? I see there are MIT licenses for bootstrap and jQuery, but I'm not sure if I can use this theme commercially since there isn't a license in the theme's root folder.
