macOS/Linux compatibility #15

I've checked that the original .sln still works and compiles without issue, everything should "just work" on the other platforms and any future development should cause no issues. I will keep an eye out should anything be updated and fix if necessary, and I can send you new macOS/Linux binaries in case you can't build them yourself.

Had to cast the CRC data to int otherwise refused to build, it's the only really big change to the code.

My last productions for Defekt (Screw Levity and Nova) are using LSPlayer in case you feel to add them to the list. :wink:

Thanks for making this available, now I can avoid Windows some more! :joy:
