Groups create while resizing an existing group #1

When resizing a group, a new group sometimes is getting created. It happens while resizing up a group when dragging the cursor to the bottom-left of the screen.

Fixed in an earlier commit 94ae52051d0f1cabd5eab027c544102d2adae94d
