Feature Request: Global view for CDR records #725

If a "superadmin" logs in and chooses CDR statistics, down below the normal 
view, they are given a global statistics, same information but across all 
domains.  Possibly even a just a new menu feature for Global CDR statistics or 
something? I would like to see the totals across the whole server.

This is an enhancement, not a defect.

A Show All button is now available, changing statistics to include all domains. 
 Its visibility is controlled by the xml_cdr_all permission.
