Save the value for "Number" field in Call Forwarding Feature #739

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to Fusion Portal and navigate to Apps -> Call Forward
2. Enter a call forwarding Number then select Enable for Call Forwarding and 
Click Save 
3. Go back and select "Disabled" for some "Call Forwarding" Feature. 
4. When you go again to Call Forwarding you will see that "Number" field is 
blank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The Number field should store the numbers that were previously used as this was 
the case in previous versions.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

FusionPBX 3.6.2

This has been fixed call forward number is now saved even after call forward 
has been disabled.
