calls abruptly don't get removed from the system

What steps will reproduce the problem?
don´t know how to reproduce the issue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Calls start to get stucked in sofia, dispite the callee allready hunged up. I 
don´t know how to troubleshoot when the problem starts to happen, but when it 
does, I made a call and this is the log http://pastebin.com/yik55ZUS

I created a report in freeswitch but they told me to report it in fusion

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have a debian wheezy with
Version:    3.7.1
Operating System:   Linux fusion1 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.60-1+deb7u3 
x86_64 GNU/Linux 

in a kvm host

Hi, today it happened twice, somewhere in the log I attached (1 hour aprox) it 
started to happen and I had to restart freeswitch. Restarting sofia does not 
help either

This is a specifically a FreeSWITCH issue or you have exceeded the concurrent 
call capacity of the SQLite databases in freeswitch/db files.
