Feature Request: Import Contract from CDR Screen #779

When you click on a phone number, if not already a contact, an add contact 
dialog would appear to fill in information for contact. A quick add would be 
good to just save phone number with caller id data as the name, with a notes 
field for when you go back after to document the call/contact.
